Thermal Surveys
Thermal Surveys
Identify hidden issues before they become costly problems with professional thermal surveys that reveal what the eye can’t see. Using advanced infrared technology, we detect heat loss, moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, and electrical faults with precision and clarity. Our non-invasive approach delivers fast, accurate insights to help you improve energy efficiency, prevent damage, and make smarter maintenance decisions.

How A Thermal Survey Can Help You!
Identifies problems like heat loss, moisture, and electrical faults that aren’t visible to the naked eye
Pinpoints insulation gaps and inefficiencies to help reduce energy bills
Useful for identifying overheating electrical components and meeting safety standards

Solar Panel Inspections
Using our Thermal Camera mounted drone we can identify underperforming panels, hotspots, and failed cells across solar arrays in a fraction of the time it takes to inspect manually. With our advance drones & thermography certified team, we detect issues like cracked cells, diode failures, and string faults before they impact your energy yield. Whether you manage a commercial solar farm or a domestic rooftop installation or just a home owner with a few panels, we deliver clear thermal reports that help you maximise output and protect your investment.
Water Ingress & Thermal detection
Water ingress can cause serious structural damage long before it’s visible to the naked eye, and our thermal imaging technology spots moisture intrusion, damp patches, and insulation failures hidden within roofs and walls. Using both drone-mounted and handheld professional-grade thermal cameras, we capture detailed heat-signature data from every angle — covering hard-to-reach rooflines from the air and close-up detail at ground level, without the need for scaffolding or intrusive surveys. The result is an accurate, actionable report that helps property owners and facilities managers catch problems early and avoid costly repairs down the line.

Detecting Electrical Faults
Overheating components, loose connections, and failing equipment all generate distinct thermal signatures that our certified thermal inspections are trained to identify. Combining aerial drone surveys for substations, overhead lines, and rooftop plant with handheld thermal imaging for close-range inspection of switchgear, distribution boards, and internal electrical systems, we deliver fast, safe, non-contact fault detection across your entire site. Our reports give asset managers and electrical contractors the evidence they need to prioritise maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.
How Do I receive my Media?
The Media will be sent via email with a link to our secure server where you can view and download your media without any time limitations.

Can I See The Media During the Flight?
Yes, we bring a large monitor with us on every roof survey and can allow clients and surveyors to view the drones view throughout the flight, allowing those present to request where they want to see and get instant live feedback.

Can You Fly In Strong Winds & Rain?
Yes, we use Matrice M30 drones that are state-of-the-art drones that can fly in most weather conditions, including strong wing and rain. The drone also comes equipped with a powerful zoom camera so we can see up close details of a roof without having to get to close?

Can you provide a report?
Yes, we can provide a annotated report of the roof show casing areas of interest of a roof and also be used to showcase to insurance companies.
