Live Event Drone Support
Live Event Drone Support
Professional drone support for live events, from festivals, sporting events and shows to community days and large outdoor gatherings, we deliver detailed live media to the event control room at need and timestamped images of crowd movements that capture the scale of your event from above.
Our GVC-qualified pilots operate under a CAA Operational Authorisation (OA) and bring over six years of experience working with the MOD, police forces and local councils. That means safe, compliant flights, careful planning and a calm, professional approach on the day.
How Live Event Drone Support can help you
Can respond to live events providing a feed of areas of interest
An uninterrupted aerial view of entire event area
Rain or shine we can film no matter the weather
Record Crowd Movements
Our drones capture timestamped aerial photos at regular intervals throughout your event, building a clear visual record of how crowds moved over time. You can see where people gathered, when areas filled up, and how queues and bottlenecks built and cleared. It’s invaluable for post-event reviews, safety debriefs and licensing evidence, and it gives you real data to plan next year’s layout, entrances and exits.
Crowd Monitoring
A view from above shows a wider & clearer view that ground-level teams and CCTV can’t. Our drones give event control a clear overview of crowd density, entry and exit points, pinch points as they develop, fence hoppers & anti-social behaviour so potential problems can be spotted early and staff directed where they’re needed. Better situational awareness means faster decisions and a safer event for everyone.
Live Coverage, Where you need it
Whether it’s a busy main entrance, a car park, a stage area or a perimeter, no matter the weather our drones can be positioned wherever you need eyes on the ground. Live footage can be fed to your control room, so your team sees what’s happening in real time without sending staff into the crowd. It’s flexible, fast to deploy and covers far more area than fixed cameras.
